I’ve worked alongside Trevor for 17 years, when we first met he was my project engineer and manager at WCL/CTS, more recently I have been his director at IPS.  In this time we have worked together to deliver results.  If Trevor is given a task, it is completed, often within almost impossible timescales. Internal or client queries are responded to instantaneously at any time of the UK working day (either by telephone or e-mail), and depending on the query, I usually have the required answers or results on my desk the following morning. These include quotations, research and relevant technical documentation needed to move projects forward. He will then proceed to produce designs and assurance documentation. Trevor has never missed a deliverable deadline since working remotely, even when requested to work on multiple projects or tenders simultaneously.

I have worked with Trevor on the commercial aspects of projects and tenders. Trevor has a good understanding of the contractual and commercial issues involved in the successful management and completion of projects.

At IPS, Trevor assists with the production of estimates, pricing and documentation for the tender process. Previously Trevor worked with me at Ascom UK Ltd where Trevor was Project Manager responsible for National Rail ticket issuing (TVMs) and automatic ticket gate design and installation projects.
